Thank you for considering Rose Real Estate Inspection Services
to inspect your home. The practice of home inspection has become an
integral part of home purchases. Our goal is to provide a fair and
accurate report the condition of the home. We are sensitive to the
privacy of the homeowner and respect your property. Please be
assured that we leave all personal items undisturbed if possible. As
the owner of your home, you are entitled to know the details of the
inspection process.
A typical inspection of a 2,000 sq. ft. home takes approximately
three to five hours. The inspection begins on the outside of the
house. We start on the roof and then proceed around the exterior of
the house. From there, the attic and/ or the crawlspace are
inspected to examine the major systems of the house. This portion of
the inspection includes the structure, heating and air conditioning
systems, electrical service, and plumbing systems.
After completing the inspection process in the attic and/ or
crawlspace, we move to the living spaces of the house. A complete
inspection requires that we test all plumbing fixtures permanent
appliances including dishwasher, ovens and stoves, windows and
doors, and inspect under the sinks and in the closets and cabinets.
Rose Real Estate Inspection Services does no destructive testing.
Alarms and security systems are not included in our inspections.
Our goal is to fairly and accurately report the condition of the
home. You are welcome to be at home or leave during the
inspection process. Due to the standards and ethical practices set
forth by the
Texas Real Estate Commission, please be advised that we cannot
release any information or discuss any information concerning our
findings.
